or act on, a certain concept. This concept is designated as "the Person concept"
or, interchangeably, "the concept of the Person."

Mastery and use of this concept is what is universal among persons.

It is universal among persons because mastery of that concept
and the routine spontaneous exercise of that mastery
are what make a person a person.
